基于面板数据的促进农民增收途径实证研究

Empirical Research on Increasing the Farmers' Income

从2008年农村居民人均纯收入的结构和组成部分的贡献率出发,采用定性方法和定量方法,分类找出了近年来农民家庭经营纯收入的主要决定因素:土地流转和农业技术进步;以及工资性收入增长的主要决定因素:城市经济实力的增强和产业结构的调整。并结合当前国家在"三农"方面的相关政策和改革重点,提出了促进农民增收的政策建议。

From the structure and the composition contribution rate of the per net income of rural residents in 2008,this paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods to find the recent main determinant of the farmer family business net income： land transfer and agricultural technological progress,and the main determinant of the wage income： the city＇s economic power strength and industrial structure adjustment.Combined with the current governments＇ policies and the focus of reform,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to promote peasant income.
