文章对管道设计在加工含硫原油时材料的选择进行了分析和论述.介绍了硫对各种管材腐蚀的形态及速度;硫含量与腐蚀速度的关系;腐蚀环境中管材选用的方法和管材选择及其优化.并重点介绍了在管材优化选用计算中所采用的综合价格法.
The material selection in the pipeline design for processing sulfur crude oil was analyzed. The corrosion types, corrosion rate, the relationship between sulfur content and corrosion rate, the method of selection of materials for corrosive environment, material selection and optimization were described. The comprehensive price method applied in the calculation of optimized selection of materials was highlighted.
