摘要
制定了5XS―600振动筛试验台的整体设计方案,确定了各机构的结构参数及调整范围。对振动筛的运动机构进行了基于Simulink模型的动态仿真。仿真结果表明该机构运行平稳,没有出现冲击现象,符合实际使用的要求,填补了振动筛工作性能室内研究的空白,为振动筛试验台样机的制造奠定了理论基础。
An overall design program of 5XS-600 shaker test-bed was developed,the configuration parameters of the parts and the adjustment range was determined.Moving parts of shaker were simulated dynamically based on Simulink model.The results showed that the agency runs smoothly,no impact,meets the actual requirements,filled the indoors researching gaps of shaker operating performance,and laid a theoretical basis for manufacturing shaker test-bed prototype.
