摘要
用次氯酸钠溶液杀灭海水中的微生物、贝类和藻类,是海洋固定式平台、航行船舶、浮式生产储油装置上净化海水的常规作法。如何在次氯酸钠发生装置的设计中,科学分析各个要素,使产品设计完善合理,十分重要。文中从工程实践和使用角度出发,运用物理、化学、电工学、流体力学等基础分析方法,探讨了应用中的若干问题。
It is a conventional method to use sodium hypochlorite to kill microbes, mollusks and algae in seawater system on offshore fixed platforms, ships and floating production storage units. How to design a desirable sodium hypochlorite generator and analyse each factor in order to meet the reality? Based on engineering practice, this paper analyses some factor which should be highlighted by using physics, chemistry, electrical engineering and hydromechanics methods, discusses some problems encountered in application.
