摘要
在小型实验的基础上,结合工业改造方案,进行了大型冷模实验,开发了催化裂化提升管出口新型旋流式快速分离系统。实验证明,该系统不但具有气团分离效率高、气体停留时间短、可实现多级高效汽提的优点,而且具有操作弹性大、灵活可靠的特点.具有较高工业推广价值。
Based on the laboratory experiment and combined with a commercial plant revamp project, large scale cold modeling experiment was carried out and a new vortex type fast separation system at FCCU riser outlet was developed. It was proved through experiment that the new system has the advantages of high efficiency of gas-solid separation, short residence time of gases in the system and efficient multistage stripping of spent catalyst. The new system is also characterized by good flexibility and reliability in operation, thus being worthy of wide commercial use.
