EXPLORATION ON ECONOMIC SCALE OF CATALYTIC REFORMER WITH CONTINUOUS CATALYST REGENERATION

摘要 对不同装置规模和产品苛刻度下连续重整和半再生重整反应特征和经济效益进行了对比,探讨了在不同产品苛刻度要求下连续重整装置的经济规模。文中给出的示例,原料芳烃潜含量约 41%;平均反应压力连续重整为 1.2MPa,半再生重整为 0.35 MPa;反应体积空速连续重整为 2.2 h-1,半再生重整为 20 h-1;连续重整采用铂铼催化剂,半再生重整采用铂锡催化剂。基于给出的原料和产品价格,比较结果表明,以产品RON分别为95和97作为产品苛刻度要求的两个点,装置规模低于0.3 Mt/a时,半再生重整的经济性明显优于连续重整;装置规模为0. 4 Mt/a时,在低苛刻度下,半再生重整的经济性好,在高苛刻度下,连续重整优越;装置规模高于 0 5 Mt/a时,连续重整经济性更好。 The reaction characteristics and economic benefits of catalytic reformers with continuous catalyst regeneration and with semi-regeneration corresponding to different processing capacity of the unit and different product seventy were compared. The economic scale of the reformer with continuous catalyst regeneration meeting different product seventy was explorated. The practical example given in this paper are: the potential aromatics content in the feedstock is about 41 %, the average reaction pressure of the reformer with continuous catalyst regeneration and with semi-regeneration are 1 .2MPa and 0. 35MPa, and the reaction volume space velocity are 2. 1h- 1 and 2. 0h-1 respectively. Platinum-rhenium catalyst was used in the reformer with continuous catalyst regeneration, while platinumtin catalyst was used in the reformer with send-regeneration. Based on the prices of feedstock and product given in the paper, the comparison results showed that, considering the RON of the product as two seventy demand points 95 and 97 respectively, if the capacity of the unit is lower than 300000 tpy, the reformer with send-regeneration is economically superior to that with continuous catalyst regeneration, and when the capacity of the unit is 400000 tpy with low seventy, the semi-regeneration type is worthwhile, while with high product seventy, the continuous type is superior. If the capacity of the unit is greater than 500000 tpy, the continuous type has better economic results.
