摘要
介绍了用于机泵节能的常用调速装置的主要优缺点、应用范围和价格曲线。指出机泵的运行规律、容量和投资是确定机泵调速节能方案的主要依据。对于 50 kW以下或负荷率在90%以上的机泵,不推荐采用调速装置;对于 50~200 kW的机泵,可选用电磁滑差电动机、串级、变极对数、变频及可控硅电动机调速方式;200 kW以上的机泵应选择串级和液力耦合器调速装置。还给出了一个选择调速方案的完整实例。
The main advantages and disadvantages, application scope and investment price curves of conventional speed-governing devices for energy conservation of compressors and pumps were introduced. It was pointed out that the running principle, capacity and investment cost are major basis for the selection of speed-governing devices for energy conservation of compressors and pumps. For compressors and pumps with capacity less than 50 kW or with load factor of 90 percent, it is not recommended to use speed-governing devices. For compressors and pumps with capacity of 50 ~ 200 kW, the electromagnetic slip motor, cascading motor, pole-changing logarithmic motor, frequency governing motor and silicon controlled motor can be selected. For compressors and pumps with capacity above 200kW, the cascading and hydraulic coupler speed-governing devices should be selected. A complete practical example for selecting speed-governing device was also given.
