短时受精中多精受精可以避免 被引量:2

High rate of polyspermic fertilization can be controlled in short gamete co-incubation during in vitro fertilization

摘要 随着辅助生殖技术的发展,在保证稳定成功率的前提下如何避免短时受精过程中多精受精?如何将多精受精率控制在比较理想的水平?这些都是许多生殖中心非常关注的问题. Long time of co-incubation of gametes in conventional in vitro fertilization(IVF) has been found to have adverse effects on the oocytes and resultant embryos. Short co-incubation protocols are proposed and increasingly accepted in more and more reproductive centers. Polyspermic fertilization can be controlled in short gamete co-incubation by means of reasonable measures such as improvement of ooeyte maturation, avoidance of ultrahigh density of sperm, minimal mechanic stimulation to oocytes, and optimal incubation medium at stable pH and temperature.
