摘要 多精受精是哺乳动物卵母细胞较普通的一种异常受精形式,生理情况下体内很少发生多精受精,然而人工治疗手段则增加多精受精的发生率.要了解多精受精发生的原因和机制,首先来了解正常受精机制. The incidence of polyspermy is about 1% in vivo, while polyspermic fertilization occurs in 2%-10% of oocytes during in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. The most common problem is that more than one sperm, two in most cases, successfully penetrate and fertilize an oocyte. Many factors have been found to be involved in human polyspermic fertilization in vitro. This article is to briefly review the possible causes and mechanism of human polyspermy in IVF treatment, hopefully helping to understand the appropriate countermeasures in medical practice.
