摘要 回顾2007～2010年20例未足月胎膜早破病例,总结未足月胎膜早破孕妇的有效护理措施,通过心理护理、加强母儿监护、抑制宫缩、预防感染、促胎儿肺成熟等处理,可以延长孕龄,提高围产儿存活率。 Review 20 eases of preterm premature rupture of membrane during 2007 to 2010 and summary effective nursing measures of pregnant women with PPROM. By giving psychological nursing , enhancing monitoring of mother and infant, inhibiting uterine contractions, preventing infection and promoting fetal lung maturation, fetal gestational age will be prolonged and perinatal infant survival will be improved.
