摘要
井下稳定器安放位置调节器是斜井旋转钻井时实施井斜连续控制的专用工具, 安装在钻头与钻铤之间。正常钻进时, 稳定器至钻头的距离保持不变, 钻具造斜性能相对稳定; 停钻后,通过调整泵压可使稳定器至钻头的距离变长, 也可通过调整钻压使稳定器至钻头的距离缩短, 此伸缩值可由井口测出。现场应用情况表明, 这种调节器能够由地面简单操作改变井下稳定器的安放位置, 使下部钻具结构和造斜性能发生变化, 从而实现井斜连续控制, 避免了反复起下钻和重新组配钻具组合, 具有良好的推广应用前景。
The downhole stabilizer location adjuster, fixed between the bit and the drill collar, is a special tool for continual deviation control of a slant hole. In the course of drilling, the position of stabilizer isn't changed and the deviating performance of BHA is relatively stable. After stopping drilling, the distance between the stabilizer and the bit can be enlarged or shortened by adjusting the pump pressure or weight on bit respectively, and the variation can be measured on the wellhead. Field application shows that, by using the stabilizer location adjuster, the location of the downhole stabilizer can be changed by means of simple surface operation, and this makes the structure and deviating capacity of BHA be varied and the inclination of trajectory be controlled continually.
