家族成员特征对家族创业行为影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study of Effects of Family Member Characteristics on Family Entrepreneurial Behavior

近年来,家族创业正成为国内外家族企业领域研究的一个热点。但现有的研究忽略了一些"家族性"因素对家族创业行为的影响。为此,本文以江苏部分家族企业为例,对家族成员特征和家族创业行为之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,家族企业领导人的任期与家族创业行为负相关,而家族企业领导人的学历、职业背景、家族成员间的共同愿景、信任、内部联系与家族创业行为正相关。家族企业领导人的年龄与家族创业行为不相关。

Family entrepreneurship has become a research focus in family business research field abroad and domestic recently. However,existing research has ignored effects of familiness on family entrepreneurial behavior. So, this paper does an empirical study of effects of family member characteristics on family entrepreneurial behavior,based on a sample of some family businesses in Jiangsu province. The result shows that the term of family business leader has negative correlation with family entrepreneurial behavior, the education level, professional background of family business learder, shared vision, trust, internal links among family members all have postive correlation with family entrepreneurial behavior. The age of family business learder has not relevant to family entrepreneurial behavior.
