摘要
为解决无加热装置铁 路油罐车在 北方冬季使 用时,因油品冷 凝而无法卸 出的问题,设 计了 X Z- S J 型伸缩式加热器,放入油罐 车内部对冷凝油品进行加 热。该加热 器进入罐车后自动分开 向两端延伸,最大限度的扩大了加热范围和缩小了与罐车两 端的距离。因此, 这种加热方法与传统 的外部蒸汽加热方法相比,可大大缩短加热时 间, 显著提高加 热效率。同时保护了 栈桥环境并 节省了大量 能源,另外,针对不同的油品冷凝状态,设计了上分式和下分式两种分开结构,详细的论述了该加热器的结构设计和加热面积的计算,以及两台下分式加热器的实际测试结果,并对试验结果进行了分析。 X Z- S J
To solve the problem that oil could condense during the transportation in winter in northern china, an extendible heater, namely XZ-SJ, was designed to heat the oil in tank car. While being inserted in the tank, the heater’s arms could stretch out along the tank. Therefore it increased heating area. This kind of heater had many comparable advantages over conventional ones, because of its distinguished feature, such as the shorter heating time, more efficient, energy-saving, and also the environment protection around the loading bridge. In addition, this kind of heater had two separating forms, unfolding from either the above or the bottom, so it was alternative for different oil condensed state. This paper gave detailed description of the structure design, thermal calculations, and testing results. The XZ-SJ extendible heater was a valid heating device for the oil transportation in winter in northern china.
