犬牙根暴露损伤后自然修复动物模型的建立

摘要 目的建立实验动物模型,评估犬牙根暴露损伤后在自然状态下修复的情况。方法 4只Beagle犬上下颌第三切牙和尖牙在不同时间点切开暴露牙根后用低速球钻造成损伤,制备相应部位组织学切片观察。结果 4只犬共计48个牙根损伤位点中21个位点成功观察到牙根损伤修复,占43.8%。余位点或未损伤牙根,或损伤过深达牙髓。有部分损伤的牙根未观察到牙骨质修复现象。结论本研究构建了牙根暴露损伤后自然修复观察模型,对此类研究有一定借鉴作用。 Objective To establish a canine model of root repair after suffering from surface exposed and damage.Methods The roots of upper and lower third incisors and canines of four matured beagle dogs were exposed and traumatically damaged by low-speed handpiece with round drill at different duration.The samples were harvested and observed histologically.Results Among the 48 damaged sites of four dogs,repairing of root damage were noticed in 21 damaged sites(43.8%),while cannot be found in the rest damaged sites.No cementum repair was found in some samples.Conclusion A canine model of root repair from surface exposed and damaged was established and the model could meet the needs of exploring the mechanisms of root repair.
