瑞舒伐他汀与氟伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的对比研究

Contrast Research Between Rosuvastatin and Fluvastatin with Treatment Unstable Type of Angina

目的对比瑞舒伐他汀与氟伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选取在我院内科住院的不稳定型心绞痛患者86例,随机分为两组,瑞舒伐他汀组在常规治疗(硝酸酯类、钙离子拮抗剂、抗血小板药物、抗凝血药物)基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,氟伐他汀组在常规治疗基础上给予氟伐他汀40 mg,每晚1次,共用药8周,测定治疗前后病人LDL-C、HDL-C和CRP水平及患者心绞痛改善情况。结果瑞舒伐他汀组和氟伐他汀组治疗前各指标比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。瑞舒伐他汀组和氟伐他汀组治疗后各项指标及疗效相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀和氟伐他汀都能够改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的心绞痛症状,但是瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果明显优于氟伐他汀。

Objective To contrast rosuvastatin and fluvastatin with treatment unstable type of angina.Methods The 86 patients with unstable type of angina in this medical hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Rosuvastatin group was given rosuvastatin 10mg in basis treatment（including nitrates,calcium antagonists,antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulant drugs）;Fluvastatin group was given fluvastatin 40mg in basis treatment.All patients taked drug once every night for 8 weeks.Test LDL-C,HDL-C and CRP level and observe the changes of the before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,two groups were compared no significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,the various indicators and curative effect had significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Both rosuvastatin and fluvastatin can improve the symptoms of angina,but the clinical effect of rosuvastatin is better than that of fluvastatin.
