Clinical Analysis of 86 Patients with Horsebean Disease

目的探讨蚕豆病的发病原因、诊断及治疗措施。方法对86例蚕豆病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果蚕豆病以5岁以下男性多发,新鲜蚕豆上市季节多见。86例患儿均好转出院无死亡病例。结论蚕豆病是一种常见的性联遗传性疾病,主因G-6-PD缺陷者在进食蚕豆及蚕豆类制品后引起的急性溶血性贫血,及时给予输血、碱化尿液及激素治疗预后良好。

Objective To explore the cause,diagnosis and treatment measures of horsebean disease.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with horsebean disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results Horsebean disease mainly affected children under age 5 male,which was frequently seen in listed fresh horsebean season.The 86 cases were all improved and there was no dead case.Conclusion Horsebean disease is a common X-linked genetic disorder that is caused by these patients with G-6-PD defect for eating horsebean and broad bean products to give rise to acute hemolytic anemia.If the patients are given promptly blood transfusion,alkalize urine and corticosteroids therapy,the prognosis is good.
