2.5%次氯酸钠溶液超声冲洗用于一次性根管治疗的短期疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察2.5%次氯酸钠超声冲洗、蒸馏水超声冲洗、甲醛甲酚(FC)消毒根管一次性根管治疗术后疼痛差异。方法共收集到121例病人121颗患牙,随机分为2.5%次氯酸钠超声冲洗组(A组)、蒸馏水超声冲洗组(B组)和FC治疗组(C组)。每组都先用不锈钢K锉逐步后退法进行根管预备,然后A组患牙用2.5%次氯酸钠超声冲洗,B组患牙用蒸馏水超声冲洗,C组患牙置FC捻5 m in取出,最后都行即刻冷牙胶侧方加压充填。结果 A组和B组一次性根管治疗后患牙疼痛发生率均较C组患牙低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组比B组术后疼痛发生率稍低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);感染根管较非感染根管一次性根管治疗术后疼痛发生率高,且差异有统计学意义;A组和B组侧支根管充填率高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组侧支根管充填率较B组略高,差异无统计学意义。结论超声冲洗结合使用2.5%次氯酸钠溶液可有效减轻一次性根管治疗术后疼痛。 Objective To observe the postoperative pain differences of 2.5% sodium hypochlorite ultrasonic cleaning,ultrasonic washing with distilled water,FC disinfecting root canal root canal treatment.Methods The 121 teeth of 121 patients were randomly divided into ultrasonic irrigation of 2.5% sodium hypochlorite group(group A),distilled water and ultrasonic irrigation group(group B) and FC group(group C).Each group first with stainless steel K file step-back technique for canal preparation,and then the teeth of group A with ultrasonic irrigation of sodium hypochlorite 2.5%,the teeth of group B with ultrasonic irrigation of distilled water,the teeth of group C twisted for 5min in FC,then were set out,and finally all the line immediately lateral condensation of cold gutta-percha filling.Results After the root canal treatment,the incidence rates of tooth pain of group A and group B were lower,than group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence rate of tooth pain of group A was slightly lower than group B,and the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative pain of the infected root canals was higher than non-infected root canal after the root canal treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The lateral root filling rates of group A and group B were higher than group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The lateral root filling rate of group A was slightly higher than group B,no significant difference.Conclusion The combination of ultrasonic irrigation and 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of.the root canal treatment.
