胃癌组织中APRIL的表达与临床病理特征的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的：明确胃癌组织中增殖诱导配体（APRIL）蛋白的表达与胃癌的奥沙利铂化疗敏感性、临床分期及分化程度等临床病理特征是否有相关性.方法：收集新鲜胃癌手术标本78例,将癌组织制成癌细胞悬液,ATP法检测奥沙利铂化疗敏感性,将胃癌组织制成石蜡切片,用于APRIL蛋白的免疫组织化学染色.结果：对奥沙利铂高度敏感、部分敏感和耐药的例数分别为26、32、和19人,三组均有不同程度的APRIL蛋白的表达,APRIL蛋白表达与奥沙利铂化疗敏感性呈负相关,APRIL蛋白在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌组织中的表达水平显著高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期胃癌组织,APRIL蛋白表达与胃癌的临床分期有相关性,不同分化程度的胃癌组织APRIL 蛋白表达的差异有统计学意义,APRIL蛋白表达与胃癌的分化程度呈负相关.结论：APRIL蛋白表达水平与胃癌奥沙利铂化疗敏感性、临床分期、分化程度均存在相关性.
