经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断子宫肌瘤中临床价值

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography through the Vagina in Hysteromyoma

目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤诊断的临床价值.方法：采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查121例子宫肌瘤患者并经手术和病理证实,根据声像图特征,测量子宫动脉血流速度,阻力指数（RI）观察肌瘤的血供情况,60例健康妇女作为正常对照组.结果：121例子宫肌瘤患者子宫动脉平均RI低于正常对照组（P〈0.01）子宫肌瘤体周边血供较瘤体内部丰富,子宫肌瘤周边RI高于内部,浆膜下肌瘤及粘膜下肌瘤蒂部显示丰富的血流.结论：经阴道彩色多普勒超声具有高分瓣力特征,并能提高较好血流信号.

Objective：To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultraonography through the vagina in hysteromyma. Metheds：121 patients who had hystemmyma were examined by color Doppler ultraonography through the vagina, which was proved by the operation and pathology. By observing the feature of the sonogram, we measure the blood speed which is R2 in the hysteromyma artery and observe the hysteromyma. We also compare them with 60 healthy women. Results ： The blood speed in the artery in the 121 patients who had hysteromyma is lower than the normal group （ p 〈0.01 ）. The blood supply in the circumajacent hysteromyma is more abundant than in the inner hysteromyma. R2 in the circumajacent hystemmyma is higher than in the inner hysteromyma. Hysteremyma under the serosa and hysteromyma under the mocosa display the abundant blood supply. Conclusion ： Color Doppler uhraonography through the vagina in hysteremyma has a high resolution ,which can improve the blood singnal.
