摘要
目的:探讨丙泊酚复合七氟醚在小儿肺动脉导管封堵术中的应用价值.方法:观察麻醉诱导、麻醉后即时、穿刺股动脉时、封堵时、治疗结束时的平均动脉压、心率、呼吸频率、脉搏氧饱和度、呼气末二氧化碳分压、苏醒时间、治疗中体动、醒后恶心、呕吐、嗜睡发生率.结果:围麻醉期MAP、HR、RR、SPO2、PETCO2各时点均无明显变化,平均诱导时间为1.6min,苏醒时间为6.3min,治疗中体动发生率为5.6%,醒后恶心呕吐发生率为5.6%,嗜睡发生率为2.8%.结论 丙泊酚复合七氟醚用于小儿肺动脉导管封堵术麻醉诱导迅速、平稳,对循环、呼吸系统影响小,苏醒快而彻底,安全有效.
