亚低温治疗颅脑损伤38例临床疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨亚低温治疗对颅脑损伤患者的临床疗效.方法:选择2009年1月~2010年12月收治于我院的76例颅脑损伤患者,按其入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者38例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上接受亚低温治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果:观察组患者的预后、ICP、脑脊液脑源性神经营养因子水平等指标均显著优于对照最患者(P〈0.05).结论:亚低温治疗可提高颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中脑源性神经营养因子的水平,具有一定的脑保护作用,这有助于降低患者死亡率,提高其生存质量. Objective To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Select 76 patients with traumatic brain injury in our hospital from January 2009 - December 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Every groups have 38 cases. Control group was treated by conventional therapy, and observation group was treated by mild hypothermia on the base of control group. And then, the clinical effect were compared between two groups. Results The prognosis, ICP, and brain--derived neurotrophic factor of observation groupg were better than control groups' (P〈0.05). Conclusion Treating by mild hypothermia can improve the brain--derived neurotrophic factor, depress the death rate and imprve the life quality of patients with traumatic brain injury.
