131例异位妊娠保守治疗的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of conservative treatment of 131 cases of ectopic pregnancy

目的：探索异位妊娠保守治疗的最佳疗效方案.方法：将本院131例异位妊娠行保守治疗的患者,随机分为A组68例：甲氨蝶呤（MTX） 50mg/m2单次肌肉注射并口服米非司酮,B组63例：米非司酮加中药宫外孕方口服,定期监测血β-HCG水平及阴道B超监测包块情况.结果：治愈率A组91.17%（62/68）,B组66.66%（42/63）,A组较B组明显缩短血β-HCG下降所需的时间,减少住院日（P〈0.01）,B组副反应比A组小,但治愈率低.结论：MTX单次肌注联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效好、治愈率高.

Objective To expIore the best curative effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Separate the 131 cases of unusual pregnancy into two groups according to the medicine they take randomly. Group A （68 cases） inject azmethotrexate（MTX ）50mg/m2 once and take mifepristone. Group B take mifepristone and Chinese medicine for ectopic pregnancy,and regularly monitor the level of blood β- HCG as well as the state of lump in the vagina using B--ultrasonic wave. Results A 91.17% （62/68） cure rate in Group A,while 66.66% （42/63） cure rate in Group B. Compared with Group B,Group A need less time to reduce blood β-HCG obviously, thus shorten the time for hospitalization（P〈0.01）, The by--reaction of Group B is smaller than Group A,but the cure rate is also lower. Conclusion The treatment of MTX injection for once plus mifepristone has a better effect and a high cure rate on ectopic pregnancy.
