摘要
目的：对我院收集的113例中药引起的不良反应（ADR）报告进行分析,提高我院合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全.方法：对2006年1月到2010年12月上报的113例中药引起的ADR报告进行合理性分析.结果：113例中药不良反应中共涉及中药20种,其中注射剂12种,片剂6种,胶囊制剂2种,老年人发生不良反应的比率最高,以皮疹最为常见.结论：中药的合理使用要给予足够的重视,特别是中药注射剂的合理应用.
