摘要
目的：探讨分析无痛人工流产术的护理方法及体会.方法：对我院2008年3月-2010年4月共500例早孕患者接受无痛人工流产术,术前术后制定了相应的护理计划,并对并发症进行了严密的观察与护理.结果：术后无常见并发症出现,因患者自身提前房事引起术后感染率为2%.结论：根据无痛人工流产术的特点和要求做好相应的术前准备,术中术后对并发症进行积极观察与护理,可以有效降低并发症的发生.
objective Analysis the nursing methods and experience of painless abortions. Methods Retrospectively analysis 500 eases of patients received painless abortions technique in March 2008 to April 2010 with nursing before the operation, and the strict observation and nursing care for complication. Results There were no patients postoperative syndrome, not all abortion miscarriage, uterine perforation in advance, because a patient＇s own complications caused by 2 % postoperative infection sex. Conclusion According to painless abortions art characteristics and demands of preoperative preparation, do some of operative complication actively observation and nursing, effectively reduce the complications.
