成人英语教学之我见

所谓"教学有法、但无定法、贵在得法。"成人学员的学习过程实际上也是一个获得知识和技能,并不断巩固的过程。学生的学习由不知到认知,需要得法。教师对学生要"授之以渔,而不是授之以鱼"。成人学习,动机明确,但类型多样化,基础也是参差不齐,传统单一的课堂教学基本无法满足不同学员的要求,针对此特点,要求高校教师应拓宽思维,在教学过程中应该采取先进的教学理念,满足不同层次的需求,从而更好的为成人教育服务。

The procedure of learning is to get knowledge and technology for the mature students.The learning requires good ways. We should teach a fish not give a fish.Motivation of learning is very definite but has various types,what＇s more ,the basis is different .Traditional teaching is not satisfied with the requirments of mature students.Aiming at this,for the college teachers,the thought should be widen,the teaching approach advanced and the requirments met.
