摘要
目的探索团体辅导改善离异大学生心理健康水平以及改善个性特征的效果,为提高相关人群的心理健康水平与幸福感水平提供依据。方法从某高校327名离异家庭大学生中选择32名作为实验组,32名作为控制组1(无干预组);另外选取32名正常家庭大学生作为控制组2(完整家庭组)。分别对3组进行统一的实验前测,之后对实验组进行8周8次的系统团体辅导,并于团体辅导结束后进行后测。结果离异干预组大学生进行团体辅导后,心理健康水平得到显著提高,与无干预组得分差异有统计学意义,躯体化,人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执改善最为显著,并且大部分都达到正常水平;EPQ中的神经质和精神质也得到显著的改善,与无干预组差异达到统计学水平,但是与完整家庭大学生的得分差异仍有统计学意义。结论团体辅导对离异家庭大学生心理健康水平的提高有显著的效果,对个性的改善有一定的作用但效果有限。
Objective To study the effect of group counseling to mental heath and personality of college students from divorced families.Methods Thirty-two students of conditions were taken as experimental group,and 32 students as the control one group,other 32 students as the control tow group,who were chosen from 327 college students in divorced families after Psychological Census.Comprehensive group counseling was given to the experimental group(8 times in 8 weeks).Pre-and post-test were given to all the three groups.Results Mental health level of experiment group were significantly enhanced,especially in the factors of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,paranoid.Furthermore,all of factors' level were normal;Psychoticism and nervous of EPQ were improved too,but worse than the control two group.Conclusion Effcet of group counseling to mental heath of college students living in divorced families is obvious significantly,but is limited to personality.
