摘要
目的了解北京市某高校学生的疲劳状况,为预防大学生疲劳、防止疲劳导致疾病奠定基础。方法运用疲劳量表(FS-14),对随机抽取的北京市某高校466名学生进行问卷调查。结果男生与女生在疲劳得分上差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);研究生与本科生在躯体疲劳以及疲劳总分上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),而脑力疲劳差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);理工科学生和文科学生的疲劳程度差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);21岁以上与21岁以下年龄组的疲劳得分差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论疲劳在大学生中普遍存在。应养成良好的作息习惯,注意适度体育锻炼与膳食营养适当,以有效缓解疲劳。
Objective To study the fatigue situation among students of a university in Beijing,and to provide basis for preventing the occurrence of fatigue and disease caused by fatigue of college students.Methods A total of 500 college students were surveyed by using Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14).There were 466 valid questionnaires.Results There were no obvious difference in fatigue scores(P0.05) between boys(253 students) and girls(213 students).In the education group,there were obvious difference in fatigue scores(P0.05) of physical fatigue and total fatigue,while there were no obvious difference in fatigue scores(P0.05).There were no statistical significant difference in prevalence rate of fatigue between students of science and engineering and students of arts.In the age group,there were no obvious difference in fatigue scores(P0.05) between students aged above and under 21 years old.Conclusion Fatigue is a common phenomenon among college students.In order to alleviate fatigue effectively,students should form good habits,do moderate physical exercise and so on.
