摘要
本文主要研究了金属结合剂PcBN复合片中加入少量的碳氮化钛对其性能的影响。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、金相显微镜等分析技术对合成的PcBN试样的微观结构组织进行分析。研究结果表明:通过改变碳氮化钛的添加量可以提高PcBN复合片的磨耗比以及抗弯强度;XRD的分析结果显示在烧结过程中有新的物相生成;金相分析的结果表明PcBN的黏结相分布比较均匀;扫描电镜的分析结果表明PcBN与结合剂结合的比较牢固,PcBN的烧结情况良好。
This paper mainly introduced the effect of a slight amount of Ti(C,N) additive on properties of metal bonded polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PcBN).The microstructure of PcBN was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and metallographic microscope technology.The results revealed that the abrasion ratio and bending strength of PcBN could be improved by changing the addition of Ti(C,N).The XRD results indicated that there were new phases formed during sintering process.The metallographic microscope results indicated that the binding phase in PcBN was evenly distributed.The SEM results showed that the binding beteen cBN grits and the bond was firm,the sintering of PcBN was well.
