摘要
目的了解妇产科医疗事故特点,有针对性地进行改进。方法对52起妇产科医疗事故相关数据进行统计分析。结果妇产科医疗事故的定性以法制化途径为主;等级以三、四级为主;主要发生在二、三级医院;过失行为涉及手术不当、漏诊误诊、检查不全、告知不当及操作不当等;责任人主要集中于本科以上学历、工作10年以上、中高级职称的医生。结论医院应结合上述特点,制定有针对性的、"本土化"的措施进行改进,以减少事故发生,改进医疗服务质量,提升医疗技术水平。
Objective To study the characteristics of malpractice in department of obstetrics and gynecologymedical in order to make pertinent improvement. Method Data from 52 cases of medical malpractice in department of obstetrics and gynecology were clooected with statistical analysis. Result The attribute of medical malpractice in department of obstetrics and gynecology should manily determined through legal way, which was mainly the three and four level and mainly occurred in the secondary and third grade hospitals. Wrongdoings involving improper operation, misdiagnosis, check incomplete, inappropriate informed, improper manipulation etc were the main causes, and responsible person was primary postgraduate education, more than 10 years of employment, senior professional doctors. Conclusion Hospital should combine with the above characteristics, develop targeted, ＂localization＂ measures for improvement in order to reduce accidents, improve the quality of medical services, and enhance the level of medical technology.
