摘要
目的探索管理人员绩效分配的有效方法。方法以医院发展战略为导向,以绩效考核量化为原则,采用BSC法、KPI法等,建立绩效考核体系。结果量化考核使管理人员绩效分配有了客观依据,绩效分配公平性得以体现。结论以量化考核为基础的管理绩效分配,有利于激励管理人员改善工作技能,提高工作效率。
Objective To study the effective way in performance - based distribution for administrative staff. Method By the application of equity and expectancy theory, the performance distribution system was built up for administrative staffs on the performance assessment by the means of BSC, KPI assessment. Result Performance based assessment provided an objective, transparent evidence for distribution, and it can evaluate the performance for administration staffs better. Conclusion The performance distribution on the basis of quantification measures could help to encourage administrative staffs improving working - skill and efficiency, to enhance the competitive of performance distribution.
