摘要
通过问卷调查、个别访谈、查阅资料、召开座谈会等方法,查找医院行政工作效率方面存在的问题,探索提高行政工作效率、提升行政管理水平的对策,以利于更有效地做好管理工作,更好地服务于医疗、教学和科研一线。
The paper used questionnaires survey, individual interviews, information retrieval, conversazione and other methods to find the current problems in efficiency of hospital administration, to explore measures to improve administrative efficiency, enhance the administrative management, in order to facilitate effectivly the management, to better serve the medical, teaching and research work.
