山羊腰椎间盘损伤后P物质免疫染色阳性神经纤维的分布 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究山羊椎间盘损伤后的组织学改变及P物质(substance P,SP)免疫染色阳性神经纤维在损伤纤维中的分布。方法 15只山羊,用直径1.2 mm的穿刺针刀刺伤L5/L6椎间盘前纤维环全层和L6/L7后部纤维环内侧,以L4/L5椎间盘作为完整对照椎间盘。分别于损伤后3周、3个月、6个月随机处死5只山羊。观察实验椎间盘后部纤维环组织学改变和SP免疫染色阳性神经纤维的分布。结果 L6/L7椎间盘后部纤维环内层损伤后3周均未愈合。损伤3个月及6个月时,在L6/L7椎间盘的右后外1/4区很容易检测到SP免疫染色阳性神经纤维。神经纤维沿穿刺通道及周围组织向内生长。L4/L5/L6椎间盘相同区域未检测到相关免疫染色阳性反应神经纤维。结论经山羊椎间盘前方损伤后部纤维环内层后,纤维环内层很难愈合,并出现SP免疫染色阳性神经纤维分布。 Objective To study the histology changes and the expression of substance P(SP) immunopositive nerve fibers of goat intervertebral disc after lesion.Methods Fifteen goats were subjected to surgery by puncture knife(1.2 mm diameter),and the inner side of posterior annulus fibrosus of L6/L7 intervertebral discs was penetrated as the experimental intervertebral disc.L5/L6 intervertebral discs were penetrated at the anterior side of intervertebral disc as the positive control intervertebral disc,while L4/L5 intervertebral discs were as the intact control intervertebral disc.All goats were put to death randomly at 3 weeks,3 months and 6 months after operation respectively(5 goats at each time).The histology changes of posterior annulus fibrosus and the expression of SP immunopositive nerve fibers were observed.Results All L6/L7 posterior internal annulus fibrosus disruption were not healed in 3 weeks after lesion.At 3 months and 6 months,SP immunopositive nerve fibers were observed in the right posterior outer 1/4 regions of L6/L7 discs easily,which were further ingrowth into the disc along the puncture tract and periphery tissue.But immunopositive nerve fiber was absent in the same of regions of L4/L5/L6 discs.Conclusion After stabbing the posterior internal annulus fibrosus through goat anterior lumbar discs,posterior internal annulus fibrosus disruption is hard to heal and SP immunopositive nerve fibers appear.
