成骨细胞复合异种脱蛋白骨进行腰椎后外侧融合 被引量:1

Osteoblasts and xenogenic deproteinized bone composite as bone substitute for lumbar posterolateral fusion

摘要 目的评价兔皮质骨来源的成骨细胞复合异种脱蛋白骨进行脊柱融合的效果。方法选取60只新西兰兔随机分4组行腰椎后外侧融合术:Ⅰ组,组织工程骨组;Ⅱ组,空白对照组;Ⅲ组,单纯异种脱蛋白骨组;Ⅳ组,自体髂骨组。术后10周将动物处死做大体观察、手工力学、X线片、CT和组织学检查。结果大体观察、手工力学、X线片及CT检查均显示Ⅰ、Ⅳ组的融合率高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织学检查显示Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组术区均有较多新骨形成,而Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组无或仅有少量新骨形成。结论异种脱蛋白骨复合皮质骨细胞是脊柱融合时自体骨移植的良好替代物。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of rabbit cortical bone-derived osteoblasts and xenogenic deproteinized bone composite as bone substitute for lumbar posterolateral fusion.Methods Adult New Zealand white rabbits(n=60) which underwent bilateral lumbar posterolateral fusion procedures were randomly divides into 4 groups: cortical bone-derived osteoblasts and xenogenic deproteinized bone composite group(Group Ⅰ),nongraft group(Group Ⅱ),xenogenic deproteinized bone group(Group Ⅲ),autograft group(Group Ⅳ).All animals were sacrificed to evaluate with gross observation,palpation mechanics,roentgenograph,CT and histological examination at postoperative 10 weeks.Results Gross observation,palpation mechanics,roentgenograph,CT examination showed Group Ⅰand IV fusion rate was higher than Group Ⅱand Ⅲ,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Histologically observetion in Group Ⅰand IV showed that the abundant of newly bone formatated.In Group Ⅱ and Ⅲ,there was a small amount or no newly bone formatated.Conclusion The cortical bone-derived osteoblasts and xenogenic deproteinized bone composites may be a good substitution for autogenous bone grafting in spinal fusion.
