摘要 研究以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,以H2O2-Fe2+为引发剂对棉纤维接枝的工艺。接枝产品的SEM表征证明此工艺可以使BMA接枝到棉纤维上。采用正交试验来确定各试验因素对接枝效果的影响,数据分析显示:时间、FeSO4、温度三因素对接枝效果的影响作用较大,而BMA、PVA、H2O2对接枝效果的影响作用则较小。经试验分析和实际验证后确定棉纤维接枝BMA的最佳工艺条件为:在预处理工艺一定时,各试验因素分别取80min、0.05g、40℃、2mL、0.35g、1mL。 Experimental studies on the grafting technology of cotton fiber with butyl methacrylate(BMA) as monomer,H_2O_2-Fe^2+ as initiator were carried out. The morphologies of the grating product proved that the technology could make BMA graft on the cotton fiber.The orthogonal test was used to determine the effects of various factors on grafting rate.Data analyzing shows that the effects of the time,FeSO_4,temperature on the grafting rate are greater,and BMA,PVA,H_2O_2 on the grafting rate are smaller.The best technical procedure for grafting BMA on cotton fiber was determined experimentally.When pretreatment procedure was defined,various factors in experiments were 80 min,0.05 g,40 ℃,2 mL,0.35 g,1 mL,separatelly.
