摘要
研究用遗传算法解决柔性调度问题,在工艺的约束条件下,通过对柔性制造系统中工件的加工路线和加工顺序的优化来提高调度质量,利用两层寻化的遗传方法可以有效地解决这一过程的寻优问题,仿真实验说明了这一方法的有效性.
The method for fiexible scheduling with genetic algorithm is studied.We improve the quality of scheduling byoptimizing routine and sequence of processes in flexible manufacturing system under the restriction of technology,Bilevel-opti-mizing Genetic algorithm is cable of solving this optimization problem effectively,In the end, the corresponding simulation issuccessfully done.
