摘要
Smac/DIABLO印第2个线粒体衍生的半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶激活剂/低等电位点的凋亡抑制蛋白的直接结合蛋白,是近年来发现的一种线粒体促凋亡蛋白。它通过消除凋亡抑制蛋白家族的功能而增强半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶活性,促进细胞的凋亡。本文从Smac/DIABLO的生物学特征、参与凋亡的机制、与肿瘤的关系等方面以及研究中存在的一些问题和可能的研究趋势进行综述。
Smac/DIABLO, the first two mitochondria-derived activator of caspase/low potential point of direct inhibitor of apoptosis protein binding protein, is a recent discovered mitochondria lpro-apoptotic protein. It enhanced caspase activity by eliminating the function of inhibitor of apoptosis protein family, and promoting apoptosis. In this paper, we briefly reviewed biological characteristics, the mechanisms involved in apoptosis, the relations with tumor of Smac/DIABLO, and some of the problems existing in the research and possible research trends.
