口灵含漱对鼻咽癌同期放化疗致急性口腔黏膜炎的疗效观察

The effects of KouLin gargle for acute stomatitis of patients with nasophary-ngeal carcinoma treating with concurrent chemoradiotherapy

目的:观察口灵含漱对减轻鼻咽癌同期放化疗期间并发急性口腔黏膜炎的预防治疗效果。方法:随机将80例鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组每日行常规口腔护理,观察组在此基础上加用口灵含漱,观察两组放射性口腔黏膜炎发生时间及程度。结果:观察组口腔黏膜炎发生时间推迟,程度减轻,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组40例均按时完成全程放化疗,对照组有3例因口腔黏膜损伤严重而延长了总疗程时间。结论:口灵含漱可推迟放化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎发生的时间,减轻其反应程度。

Objective：To observe the effects of KouLin gargle in relieving the oral mucositis caused by concurrent chemoradiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods：Total of 80 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treating with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy were randomly assigned to control group（n=40） and experimental group（n=40）.The patients of control group received conventional oral nursing and the patients of experimental group received conventional oral nursing and KouLin gargle.The degree and occurrence time of oral mucositis were compared between two groups.Results：The occurrence time of oral mucositis was delayed and the degree was decreased in experimental group compared with the control group（P〈0.01）.40 patients in experimental group completed total chemoradiotherapy while 3 patients in control group prolonged the treatment period because of the severe oral mucositis.Conclusion：KonLin gargle may decrease the degree and delay occurrence time of oral mucositis in patients with chemoradiotherapy.
