摘要 目的:探讨窖蛋白-1(Caveolin-1)在乳腺癌间质中的表达及其与乳腺癌发生、发展及转移的关系。方法:运用免疫组织化学SP法研究Caveolin-1在正常乳腺癌间质和正常乳腺间质中的表达。结果:80例乳腺癌组织中间质Caveolin-1的表达阳性率分别为55%,而在36例正常乳腺组织中间质Caveolin-1的表达阳性率为75%,两者比较有显著差异(P=0.042);间质Caveolin-1的表达阳性率在乳腺癌高、中分化组明显高于低分化组,转移阳性组明显高于转移阴性组,其差异均有统计学意义(P=0.025);复发组间质Caveolin-1的表达阳性率也明显低于未复发组,其差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。K-M生存曲线显示间质Caveolin-1的表达阴性患者的无瘤生存率也明显低于间质Caveolin-1的表达阳性患者(P=0.008)。多因素COX逐步回归分析结果显示间质Caveolin-1是无瘤生存率(P=0.031)的独立因素。结论:间质Cave-olin-1可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移过程中起着关键性作用。 Objective: To detect the stromal expression of Caveolin-1 in breast cancer,and evaluate the association between clinicopathological parameters and breast carcinogenesis.Methods:By immunohistochemical SP method,the expression of stromal Caveolin-1 in the tissues of 80 cases of breast cancer patients and 36 cases of normal ones were evaluated,and its relationship with clinical and pathological features was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of stromal Caveolin-1 in normal breast tissue was 55%,which was significantly higher than 35%of the breast cancer(P=0.042).The positive rate of stromal Caveolin-1 expression in the high differentiated and moderately differentiated groups was significantly higher than the poorly differentiated group,and metastasis negative group was significantly higher than the positive ones(P=0.025);the positive rate of stromal Caveolin-1 expression was significantly higher in the recurrence group than the group without recurrence(P=0.012).K-M survival curve showed the survival rate was significantly lower in the negative expression of the stromal Caveolin-1 patients compared to the positive ones(P= 0.008).Multivariate COX proportional hazards model analysis also showed that the expression rate of the stromal Caveolin-1 was an independent predictor of disease-free survival(P= 0.031).Conclusion:Loss of stromal Caveolin-1 may play an important role in the development and metastasis of breast cancer.
