在良性胃黏膜病变中HP感染与Tiam1、nm23H1表达的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察幽门螺杆菌感染对各类良性胃黏膜病变中Tiam1和nm23H1表达变化的影响。方法:收集良性胃黏膜病变病理组织蜡块总共257例,用免疫组化Max-Vision法测定上述病例中Tiam1和nm23H1蛋白的表达。结果:在典型增生中Hp阳性病例Tiam1的阳性表达率显著高于Hp阴性病例的阳性表达率(P<0.05)。在胃良性病变组中,Hp阳性病例nm23 H1的阳性表达率显著低于各组中Hp阴性病例(P<0.05)。在不典型增生中Hp(+)病例根治前Tiam1的阳性表达率显著高于根治后(P<0.05)。在胃黏膜良性病变中,Hp(+)病例根治前nm23H1的阳性表达率显著低于根治后。结论:从预防胃癌的角度,在癌前病变形成之前实施根除Hp治疗是有必要的。 Objective:To observe the effect of helicobacter pylori to nm23H1 and Tiam1 in various benign gastric mucosal lesions.Methods: We collected 257 benign gastric mucosal lesions histopathological sampes.We used the Max and immunohistochemical method to determinate the expression of Tiam1 and nm23H1 protein.Results:The positive rate of expression of Tiam1 was in Hp positive cases significantly higher than Hp negative cases in atypical organization(P〈0.05).The positive rate of expression in nm23H1 showed that Hp positie cases were significantly lower than Hp negative cases in the stomach benign lesions(P〈0.05).The positive rate of expression of Tiam1 in atypical organization showed that before the radical were higher than after radical in the case of Hp positive.The positive rate of expression of nm23H1 in the stomach benign lesions showed that before the radical were lower than after radical in the Hp(+) cases.Conclusion: It is necessary to eradicate Hp before the premalignant lesion for cancer prevention.
