Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肿瘤顺铂耐药研究中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 β-连环素(β-catenin,β-cat)作为一种重要的黏附分子,参与细胞间的黏附及Wnt信号通路的传导。Wnt通路中各成分的改变可导致β-catenin的变化,β-catenin稳定入核启动下游原癌基因的表达,在多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和预后中都发挥重要作用。对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的研究有助于进一步揭示肿瘤顺铂耐药机制,有望为治疗恶性肿瘤提供一个新的靶点。现对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肿瘤顺铂耐药研究中的作用作一综述。
