摘要
目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像技术(susceptibility weighted i maging,SWI)在病毒性脑炎病情评价中的临床应用价值。方法:临床诊断为病毒性脑炎的患者29例。应用GE3.0T MRI扫描仪对所有患者行MRI常规序列(T1WI,FSET2WI,T2FLAIR)和SWI序列扫描。将病毒性脑炎严重程度分为三级,分析SWI在显示不同严重程度病毒性脑炎病变内出血方面的差异。结果:常规MRI序列(T1FLAIR,FST2WI,T2FLAIR)显示病毒性脑炎病灶内出血平均体积分别为(0.07±0.17)cm3、(0.12±0.22)cm3、(0.14±0.24)cm3,SWI序列为(1.06±1.65)cm3,SWI在显示病毒性脑炎病变内出血方面较常规序列具有明显优越性,且SWI显示不同严重程度病毒性脑炎病灶内出血存在显著差异。结论:SWI序列可以清楚的显示病毒性脑炎病变内的出血,有助于对病毒性脑炎的病情进行准确评估,进而为治疗提供帮助。
Objective:To explore the clinical practice value of SW imaging used in the viral encephalitis.Methods:29 cases of viral encephalitis were diagnosed in clinic.Each patient was scanned with conventional MRI(T1FLAIR,FSET2WI,T2FLAIR) techniques and SW imaging sequence.The patients were divided into three different groups accoding to the clinical conditions.It was analyzed that hemorrhage showed in conventional MRI and SWI in different groups of encepali-tis.Results:The average volumes of hemorrhage showned with conventional MRI sequences(T1FLAIR,FSET2WI,T2FLAIR) were as follows:0.07±0.17 cm^3,0.12±0.22 cm^3,0.14±0.24 cm^3,and in SWI sequence was 1.06±1.65 cm^3.SWI had great superiority at showing hemorrhage in viral encephalitis,comparing with conventional MRI sequences.There was significant differense in the volume of hemorrhage shown in SWI in patients with different degree of viral en-cephalitis.Conclusion:SWI could clearly show the hemorrhages of viral encephality.It is helpful in assessing the virulent condition of encephalitis,and it is helpful in treatment planning.
