食管异物的多层螺旋CT诊断

The value of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of foreign body in the esophagus

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在食管异物诊断中的价值。方法:29例食管异物患者行多层螺旋CT扫描检查,并在工作站行MPR图像重建,分析食管异物多层螺旋CT表现,并与手术、内镜结果对照。结果:29例食管异物多层螺旋CT平扫表现为短或长条状高密度影,6例可见局部食管壁增厚,5例见异物部分穿出食管壁外,食管周围、纵隔积气,1例纵隔广泛积气、左肺下叶不张。结论:多层螺旋CT及其重建技术能直观显示异物的位置、大小、形态、穿孔部位及有无其他并发症,在食管异物诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective：To investigate the value of Multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of foreign body in the esophagus.Methods：29 patients with foreign body in the esophagus underwent Multi-slice CT.Images were transferred to the workstation and then processed with multiplanar reconstruction（MPR）.The Multi-slice CT manifestations were analysed and compared with surgical and endoscopic findings.Results：The plain CT manifestations of foreign body in the esophagus were appeared as high density shadows in short or long strip,the thickening of the esophageal wall was shown in 6 cases,foreign body was penetrated outside of the esophageal wall,air around esophagus and mediastinum in 5 cases,extensive air in mediastinum and left lower lobe atelectasis in one case.Conclusion：Multi-slice CT and its imaging reconstruction technique can show the location,size,shape of foreign body in the esophagus,position of perforation and the other complication,which has an important value in the diagnosis of foreign body in the esophagus.
