利用可拓学中事元及其蕴含性，给出了事元蕴含系统的概念，并将其应用到市场营销中，以生成开拓市场的策略。
On the basis of affaire element and its implication properties, the paper introduces the concept of affair element implication system, which is applied to marketing to generate tactics for market developing. Our work tries to provide a new formalization method for market developing .
