摘要
目的:筛选新型产纤维素酶菌株,促进纤维素资源利用。方法:利用刚果红染色法,从农产品表面筛选产纤维素酶细菌,利用16 S rDNA序列信息,初步确定较高活性的产酶菌株的分类地位。结果:筛选到1株产酶活性较高的菌株Y1。测序获得长度为1 405bp的16S rDNA序列,提交到美国国立生物技术信息中心NCBI基因库中,序列号是FJ796220。结论:菌株Y1是Pantoea ananatis,该文为利用分子生物学技术进行快速细菌分类提供了方法参考。
Objective: Promoting development of cellulose resouse by screening new strains with cellulase activity.Method:Using congon red staining,strain with cellulase activity were screened from fruit and leave of agriculture products and further andified with its 16 S rDNA sequence.Result:A bacterial strain Y1 with higher cellulase activity among several bacteria producing cellulase was isolated.A 1405bp 16S rDNA of Y1 was sequenced and submitted to NCBI Genbank and its accession numbers is FJ796220.Conclusion:Strain Y1 was identified as Pantoea ananatis.This study provides fast way to classify bacteria with molecular biology method.
