摘要
目的研究饮食性肥胖大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的水平变化,以及它们和血脂之间的相关性。方法将30只雄性大鼠随机分成对照组和肥胖组,分别用普通饲料和高脂饲料饲养12周,然后根据体重增加程度筛选出肥胖大鼠,并分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和TNF-α、IL-6和MMP-9的水平,分析上述指标之间的相关性。结果肥胖大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C和IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而且血清IL-6水平与TC、LDL呈显著正相关(r=0.72,P<0.01);两组大鼠血清TNF-α和MMP-9水平无显著性差异,但是TNF-α和MMP-9之间呈显著正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01)。结论肥胖大鼠血清白介素-6水平明显升高;血清TNF-α和MMP-9水平虽然无明显变化,但是它们之间存在密切联系。
Objective To evaluate the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and Metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in diet-induced obese rats,and analyze the relationship between these cytokine and the blood-lipid.Methods Thirty male rats were divided into control group and high-fat group randomly,and they were fed a standard diet and a high-fat diet for 14 weeks respectively.Obese rats were sieved according to their body weight gain,then the levels of serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,TNF-α,IL-6 and MMP-9 were determined.Results The levels of serum TG,TC,LDL-C and IL-6 in obese rats were all higher than those in control rats(P〈0.01),and the IL-6 levels correlated significantly with the TC and LDL levels(r=0.72,P〈0.01).Compared with the controls,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were not different between the two groups,but they were positively related(r=0.62,P〈0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-6 are increased in high fat diet induced obese rats.The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in obese rats are not statistically increased,but they are related to each other.
