斑秃皮损中CD4、CD8、FasL和穿孔素表达的研究 被引量:3

A Study on Infiltrating T Lymphocytic Phenotype and Detection of Its Roles in the Lesions of Alopecia Areata

摘要 目的:通过研究T淋巴细胞杀伤靶细胞的途径和机制,探讨T淋巴细胞在斑秃发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法,检测斑秃和正常组织皮损中CD4、CD8、FasL和穿孔素的表达。结果:在正常组织中CD4、CD8阳性表达,FasL和穿孔素阴性表达。在斑秃皮损中CD4、CD8、FasL均阳性表达,而穿孔素为阴性表达。结论:T淋巴细胞在斑秃发病中起着重要作用,T淋巴细胞可能通过Fas-FasL结合途径引起细胞凋亡,细胞凋亡参与了斑秃的发病。 Objective:To research the role of T lymphocyte in the alopecia areata,we studied the way and transaction of T lymphocyte about how to kill target cells.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining such as ABC method was used to detect CD4、CD8、FasL and perforin in the lesions of alopecia and normal skin.Results:CD4、CD8 were positive expressed and FasL and perforin were negative in lesions of normal skin.All of CD4、CD8 and FasL were positive expressed in lesions of alopecia areata,but perforin was negative.Conclusion:T lymohocytes were very important to alopecia areata.Cytotoxic T lymohocytes might play a role only through Fas-FasL pathway in the apoptosis of alopecia areata.
