小切口重睑结合推进皮瓣治疗上睑睑缘痣的临床应用

Application of Double Eyelid Plasty with Mini-incision Combining Rectangle Advance Skin Flap to Lid-margin Nevus Treatment

目的:探讨较大的上睑睑缘痣切除后的修复方法。方法:主要针对上睑皮肤紧实的年轻患者,采用推进皮瓣及小切口重睑法一次性修复较大的上睑睑缘痣切除后的皮肤缺损。结果:睑缘痣切除后的皮肤缺损完全修复,无睑外翻发生,双上睑形成对称的重睑。结论:小切口重睑结合滑行推进皮瓣是一种理想的修复上睑睑缘痣切除后形成的皮肤缺损的方法,既避免术后睑外翻的发生,又最大程度的维持了双上睑形态的对称,且增加眼部的美感,值得推广。

Objective：To study the restorative procedure of cutting major lid-margin nevus. Methods：To aim directly at young patients whose skin of upper eyelid is tight,deploy advance skin flap and double eyelid plasty with mini-incision to repair cutaneous deficiency once after cutting major lid-margin nevus.Results：The cutaneous deficiency was repaired completely,without ectropion,double eyelid was symmetrical.Conclusion：Double eyelid plasty with mini-incision combining advance skin flap is ideal method that repair cutaneous deficiency after cutting lid-margin nevus,not only avoid ectropion,but also maintain symmetrical eyelid and increase sense of beauty,so it is worth spreading.
