摘要
针对设备维护改进实施的量化决策问题,基于质量机能展开(QFD)构建了以维护改进需求项目和维护改进实施手段、技术及其相互关系为内容的维护改进屋(HOMI),并给出了考虑维护改进决策变量自相关存在的维护改进需求项目的改善率与各个维护改进实施技术特征改善率之间的关联函数式,在此基础上利用多目标规划方法进一步建立了维护改进需求项目的实施决策模型.算例分析结果表明,该模型对于维护改进规划是可行、有效的.
As to the problem of quantitative methods for equipment maintenance improvement imple- mentation decision-making, a house of maintenance improving (HOMI) model was built based on quality function development (QFD). On this basis, a dependent function was established, which took the autocorrelation of decision-making variables existed between the improvement of maintenance demand project and the improvement of technical characteristic in each maintenance implementation into account. Using the multi-objective programming method, a implementation decision-making model of maintenance im- provement demand project was founded. An illustrative example shows that the model has practicability and effectiveness.
