摘要
本文分析了西点军校本科教育的基本情况,总结出西点军校办学的六个主要特点:"未来领导者"的培养目标;系统完善的教育计划;文理兼顾的专业设置;宽广厚实的课程体系;健全有效的规章制度;素质优良的教师队伍。
This paper analyses the general situation of undergraHuate education in West Point. It summarizes the six major education characteristics of West Point, including the aim of cultivating future leaders, the systemic and integrated education programs, the setting of majors which combines humanities education and engineering education, the curriculum system with broad and deep content, the sound and effective rules, and the outstanding faculty with high academic and teaching level.
