急重症护理实践课情景模拟教学的设计与实施 被引量:111

The design and implementation of scenario simulation practice teaching of emergency and critical care

摘要 在分析传统急重症护理课程实践教学状况的基础上,进行情景模拟教学的设计,包括自制器具、学生角色扮演、全功能急救护理模型,以及急救护理综合模拟人(ECS)和综合模拟人SimMan高端模拟系统几方面的情景模拟。情景模拟教学有利于高职护理学生较快地适应现代护理模式,实现护士角色的转换。同时,情景模拟实训的实施,要求教师有综合的教学能力,对学生的整体要求较高,需加大实训室的资金投入。 Based on the analysis of traditional practice teaching of emergency and critical care,the scenario simulation practice teaching programe was designed including home-made instruments,role play,full-function model of emergency care,emergency care stimulator(ECS) and SimMan advanced simulation system.The scenario simulation teaching can facilitate the vocational nursing students to quickly adapt to the modern nursing care model and achieve the conversion of nurse role.Successful implementation of scenario simulation teaching has high requirements to the teachers' comprehensive teaching ability and students' overall quality,which need enough capital investment in the training center.
